More Than Making the Water Look Clean

Regular pool care is about more than a tidy surface. A proper service looks after physical cleanliness, circulation, filtration, water chemistry and sanitisation together — plus keeping an eye on the visible condition of your equipment, so small issues don't turn into bigger ones.

Service Scope

What We Do During a Regular Service

Pool Cleaning

  • Remove surface debris where required
  • Empty skimmer and pump baskets
  • Brush pool surfaces where required
  • Vacuum where required
  • Check overall water clarity

Filtration

  • Check filtration operation
  • Inspect filter condition and pressure where applicable
  • Backwash sand filters when required
  • Clean cartridge filtration where the service arrangement requires it
  • Flag obvious circulation or filtration issues

Water Testing & Balancing

  • Test sanitiser levels
  • Test pH and alkalinity
  • Test salt levels where applicable
  • Make appropriate adjustments based on results
  • Note any recurring balance issues

Equipment Observation

  • Pump operation
  • Filter condition
  • Chlorinator / salt system
  • Timers and controllers where applicable
  • Obvious plumbing or equipment issues

Exactly what happens at each visit depends on the pool and the agreed service arrangement — not every task applies every time.

Water Chemistry

Water Balance Is Part of Every Service

Sanitiser, pH, alkalinity, calcium hardness, stabiliser and salt (where applicable) all interact — proper testing determines what your water actually needs, rather than guessing.

Equipment & Filtration Checks

Routine servicing also gives us a chance to notice visible equipment problems before they become bigger issues — pump operation, filtration, chlorinator or cell condition, timers, valves, visible plumbing and circulation. This is routine observation during a scheduled visit, not a dedicated technical inspection or diagnosis.

Equipment Issues

Found a Problem That Needs More Than a Routine Check?

If something needs proper diagnosis, repair, replacement or a new installation, that's handled as dedicated work — not squeezed into a routine service.
