Rather than generic instructions, a Pool School session focuses on the equipment and maintenance routine you actually have. It covers the circulation system, pump operation, filtration, chlorination, timers and controls, routine cleaning, basic testing, and what to monitor between services. It's practical guidance, not formal accredited training.

Not every pool has a sand filter, a cartridge filter, a salt chlorinator, or the same timer and cleaner — a session focuses on what your pool actually has, not a one-size-fits-all routine.
Understanding Water Testing
You'll get a basic introduction to why pool water testing matters — sanitiser, pH, alkalinity, salt (where applicable), stabiliser (where relevant) and overall water balance. Testing, interpreting the results, and adjusting accordingly is a better approach than guessing and adding chemicals.

Pool School is especially useful after purchasing a property with an existing pool, installing a new pump, replacing a filter, installing or replacing a chlorinator, changing timers or controllers, or any substantial equipment change.
